Very Rare Walt Disney Productions
Vintage plastic Mickey Mouse figure with Felt Bow Tie & Shorts.  Both arms move up and down. Measures about 7.25 inches. Elastic on bow tie is loose and shorts came unglued from plastic due to age.  Would be easy to repair.
