Star Wars Storm Trooper Helmet Vinyl Toy Head. (S). This vinyl toy is used and is NOT a bank. There are stains on it and marks on the toy. It has been colored on parts of it with marker that I try to get off but it would not come off. Please look at the pictures and feel free to ask questions.
